Improve Customer Service ? Improve Your Business

Over the past few months, I am seeing customer service improve at a variety of businesses. I know there are still customer service representatives out there who have bad attitudes or who aren?t trained properly, but in my personal experience, I have a seen a positive increase. If you haven?t taken the time to hone in on your customer service department, you need to. Today I want to share one reason why.
Businesses are stepping up their game.? There are a plenty of businesses that realize without great customer service, they are pretty much doomed. If you are only thinking short-term, and you don?t take the time to properly train your customer service reps and/or you don?t hire the right people, it will eventually come back to bite you.
For example, tattoo and piercing shops aren?t usually known for their outstanding customer service. However, at Cat Tattoo in Addison, Texas, one of the piercers takes her down time to call all of her recent clients to make sure everything is okay and see if they have any questions. This is a great, proactive, yet simple approach which will help you stand out from your competitors.
Have you seen any businesses recently ?stepping up their game? to improve customer service? Give them a shout out in the comments below. Let us know how they have improved!
