Hollywood was stunned and saddened by the unexpected suicide of British director and producer Tony Scott. The acclaimed filmmaker (and younger brother of Ridley Scott) jumped to his death from a Los Angeles bridge on Sunday, Aug. 19. Scott, 68, was responsible for more than 43 films hitting the screen across four decades, including Top Gun, True Romance, and Crimson Tide (one of five collaborations with Academy Award winner Denzel Washington).
